Your Role: 

Your strong process improvement experience, backed up by Lean Six Sigma qualifications, helps the Commercial Continuous Improvement team remove waste from commercial/transactional processes. You lead your own improvement result driven initiatives by defining opportunities, analyzing data, enlisting, and influencing cross-functional teams, mapping processes, piloting and implementing business process improvements, and ensuring process stability is sustained after project closure. Your projects deliver a positive impact on annual Sales operating plans (OP) in terms of revenue, operating profit, and commercial efficiency. You demonstrate ability to use data-based decision making and exercise insightful judgement. You manage multiple projects of varying levels of complexity simultaneously. In addition, you collaborate with others on cross divisional projects, educate the organization on being more efficient, and support the management team in achieving a continuous improvement culture.  

 

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in in IT, computer science, life sciences, chemistry, engineering, business
  • Min. 5 years working experience (inc. 3+ years experience in Lean Six Sigma)
  • LSS Black Belt Certification (working towards Master Belt certification)
  • Display Project Management Skills
  • Comfortable using technology to support process improvement efforts
  • Proven record of implementing continuous improvement cultur

 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in commercial areas like sales, marketing, training, or business analytics 
  • Experience in working with Process Mining Software
  • Ability to contribute to value-added perspectives or advisory services that are important to decision making
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment / organizatio
