Your Role:

Act as Local Medical Affairs therapy area expert; Support the Local leadership team in the development of area, Launch and Brand strategies and lead the Medical Affairs Tactics. You will Develop Medical materials, review marketing materials and trainings. Ensure scientific and clinical accuracy for a specific product or brand; Develop KTL scientific interaction plans (national level); Support and conduct Local internal training and ensure continuous Medical education of team members and new employees working in the Local team; Provide support in the planning and tracking of the medical budget; Comply to relevant training and SOPs; Maintain GxP knowledge


Additionally you will also manage Local therapy area specific clinical studies and serve as a liaison for ISSs; Lead/ support Medical studies, assist to coordinate Local clinical projects and contribute to site selection for clinical projects; Lead Local publication process, and align with Local, Regional and Global publication plan; Anticipate, interpret and share medical information with stakeholders. Provide training to HCPs and support in realising Medical educational events; Identify and interact with key members of the Medical community and possibly other healthcare stakeholders such as access decision makers, government organizations and patient, in accordance with local regulations. 


Who you are: 

  • You will be fully ABPI certified, which in turns means you will be a qualified medical professional. 

  • You will have experience working in a commercial pharmaceutical environment.

  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams with varying levels of medical knowledge. 

  • You will have the ability to interpret medical information and data for a wide range of audiences. 

  • Experience working with, and providing training to, internal and external stakeholders would be advantageous.
