Your role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Admin Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for administration functions to assist the team e.g., logging of scientific data into a database, data archiving and updating document templates in line with regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures. This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.
Who you are:
You must have Higher English or equivalent English qualification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Logical in thought with strong attention to detail
- Analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
