Your Role: 

Managing our Distributor Programs and Services involves working closely with one of the most critical partners in bringing our products to the market, our external distributor partners.  Reporting into the Head of Global Distributor Strategy and Support, you will play a vital role in driving demand for our Life Science products sold via our external distributor partners.  You will work in conjunction with our channel and product management teams, to develop an annual marketing plan that we can execute and deliver to support our growth strategy at these distribution partners, including coordination fo trade shows as well as traditional marketing collateral.


You know how to design and deliver marketing deliverables in a complex matrixed environment.  You will be responsible for developing novel ideas in ways to support these distributor partners, in both a virtual and traditional environment.  You are familiar with setting up and championing trade shows, highlighting the solutions our life science portolio provides for customers.  You are able to maintain a budget, ensuring that funds and efforts are supporting our strategy.  You're comfortable with regular interactions with sales teams, and effectively communicate key messages.



Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS-BA degree, with experience in the Life Science industry
  • Previous experience in either a Marketing or Marcom environment
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scientific background and knowledge of Life Science portfolio
  • Familiarity with our relationships with external distribution partners
  • Previous experience working with Sales teams
