Your role:
The primary role of the Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Expert will be to contribute to the evolvement of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) on a group-level, as well as drive the closely linked Analytics topics. You will be part of the SWP & Analytics team that has the objective to ensure that across company the people component is added to business strategy, and work towards the right strategic workforce scenarios and plans, underpinned by data driven insights. Furthermore, you will continuously contribute to the broader, evolving, HR Data & Analytics ecosystem that provides the relevant data sets required for key insights. This role will ensure that, across identified business priority areas , the right workforce quantity, costs and skills needed are planned for and that gaps are translated into practical interventions and measured over time. You will collaborate closely with (sr.) stakeholders within HR, wider Enabling Functions (such as Finance and IT), to drive workforce initiatives and focus on the enablement of stakeholders to ensure SWP gets scaled across the organization.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to Business and/or HR planning and Analytics in a global and matrixed environment, working with international teams with demonstrated success in cross-functional positions
  • Strong data experience and knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs, with ability to both generate meaningful insights
  • Stakeholder management track record and ability to collaborate with Business Stakeholders and key group functions
  • Proven project management skills, including knowledge and exposure to agile delivery methods
  • Enablement track record, owning the change for end users and ensuring continuous buy-in and adoption
  • Strong overall business acumen and consulting experience with Senior Stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated success in projects and initiatives, while focusing on measurable return on investment
  • Customer-oriented, pragmatic problem-solving mindset with a strong outcome focus and an attention to details
