Your Role

 

As a working student in our Veeva CoE (Centers of Excellence) organization you have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on related R&D projects.

 

You will take on small supporting assignments within the team. For example, the creation of communication materials (i.e. newsletters, custom emails…) and assets. You will do graphic design works off and online i.e. logo development, poster, flyer & landing page design, and editing of photos in Photoshop.

 

You will also research project and tool-related topics, you will record and edit videos, and support the creation of presentations & surveys. 
You will do content management system maintenance & set up/design, and you will take on other project-related activities based on your interests. E.g. you will own and maintain our EVA platforms (Intranet page) by updating and creating content.

 

Who you are:

  • Interested in technology & eager to learn
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (365)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop…)
  • Ability to record, produce, and edit video content
  • Excited about HTML programming
  • Keen to learn new applications and tools
  • Independent and proactively taking and completing actions and tasks
  • Able to communicate fluent (verbally and in writing) in English languages
