Your role:
As a Therapeutic Area Specialist, covering a part of Norway, you play a crucial role in customer engagement, addressing inquiries with a focus on medical aspects. Your responsibilities include orchestrating resources, leading hybrid engagement, and implementing strategic account planning. Utilizing a mix of face-to-face and virtual interactions, you enhance accessibility. Strategic planning involves understanding account needs, employing advanced segmentation, and tracking progress for maximum impact. Innovation is key, with a focus on Next Best Action and customer-centric strategies. Engaging in on-label scientific discussions and adopting a 'relationship selling' approach, you promote our portfolio through additional services like small group meetings and partnerships. In summary, as a leader in customer engagement, your expertise and strategic approach will significantly contribute to fostering meaningful relationships and a customer-centric experience in the therapeutic area.
Who you are:
- An experienced sales professional preferably working with MS specialists or within neurology.
- Deep understanding of sales and prescription data to take corrective actions when needed.
- Cross-functional mindset, both in the activity planning phase and the execution phase – as all functions are involved in the Brand Planning process including tactical planning.
- Strong usage of digital tools.
- Project oriented attitude, able to drive things.
- Able to build long-lasting, positive relationships with customers.
- Proficient in Norwegian and English.
