Your Role:

Join our dynamic team as we transform the future of healthcare through Digital Health and Connected Devices solutions. As a member of the Commercial Operations & Customer Engagement department, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies to launch and operate these innovative solutions effectively in the market.

You will be at the forefront, defining and delivering go-to-market strategies, and commercial operational models, and launching support services. Your role will also involve creating business cases, identifying market access opportunities, and establishing key performance indicators for the success of these solutions. As a leader in project management and product portfolio governance, you will manage complex projects and guide the project team and stakeholders to desired outcomes. You will provide valuable feedback, ensure alignment with project objectives, and enforce accountabilities. You will support external partner selection and management. Your role also includes setting up processes for sustainable operations and being accountable for the effective operation of our Digital Health solutions on a global, regional, and local level. Your influence will span across the organization as you support the execution of our Digital Health strategy and objectives. You'll champion best practices, drive adoption, and facilitate the use of these solutions across various therapeutic areas.

Location: Rockland, MA - Hybrid. ( New Boston- Seaport location in Summer 2024)

Travel: Up to 20% international and domestic travel

Who you are? 

• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience. (Engineering, Science, or a related field)

• You have extensive experience in project management and stakeholder management within a matrix environment. 

• Preferred Requirements:
• MBA preferred
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or medical devices industries.

• Experience in Digital Health and commercial operations is a strong advantage. 
• You are proficient in providing strategic oversight throughout all project phases. 
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to engage and present to senior leadership. 
• You are proficient in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
