Your role 

The Technology Strategy & Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication & strategic landscape for corporate applications. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the department's vision and objectives. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the planning and execution of strategic projects, working in close collaboration with department leadership, project leads, and other stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Application Technology Office, this role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker who can ensure the timely and precise delivery of both internal and external communications. 

Who you are: 

• Posses a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Skills and work experience take precedence over educational requirements.
• 4-9 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, ideally within the IT or technology sector. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
• Proficiency in communication tools and platforms. Must be a powerpoint master.
• Project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Familiarity with IT and technology concepts is preferred. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
• Willing to work in afternoon shift 1:30pm - 10:30pm IST
