Your role:
As an Executive Assistant and Local Compliance Liaison, you will have a dual role, providing essential administrative support to the Managing Director of Bulgaria EAD and serving as the first point of contact for all Compliance-related matters. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. This includes using various business software applications for word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets. Your role also involves screening incoming calls and mail, maintaining diaries, handling confidential matters, arranging business travel, coordinating meetings, managing agendas and expense tracking, and preparing presentations and reports. Additionally, you may be tasked with translation and project support. You will handle information requests, perform clerical functions for the Managing Director, manage the Travel Expenses Report, coordinate the Managing Director's agenda, administer their calendar, safeguard confidential information, read, and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports, and plan their distribution. You will also be responsible for opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including email, as well as filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports. Furthermore, you'll prepare agendas and plan for committee, board, and other meetings.
As the Local Compliance Liaison, you will collaborate with the Compliance organization to conduct various compliance-related activities, such as Risk Assessments, Policies and Procedures implementation, Compliance Committees support, and more.
Who you are:
• Preferably educated to a university degree.
• 3 years professional experience in a relevant position.
• Proficient in English and Bulgarian.
• Other skills: Perform assigned tasks accurately and within specified timeframes; Proactively propose methods for enhancing work processes and take the initiative to drive improvement; Demonstrate flexibility in meeting job obligations; Exhibit the ability to independently find solutions to challenges that may arise during the work process.
