Your role:
We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Expert to join our winning team! As a key member of our team, you will support sourcing activities related to the R&D category focusing mostly on clinical services for our business partners and R&D clinical functions/teams.
You will work with Sourcing Managers, to ensure category compliance for key processes around Source to Contract (S2C) and Purchase 2 Pay (P2P) procedures. This may include the preparation and conduct of RfP/competitive bidding events, preparation of contracting steps through contract signature and execution, as well as other vendor management activities that are part of the R&D clinical sourcing process.
You will handle administrative activities and support Sourcing Managers in daily operational tasks, e.g., sourcing approvals for PR’s, financial assessments for new vendors, budgeting and financial planning, sustainability, approved vendor list maintenance (including R&D vendor database SIP), and central contract tracker.
As a fully integrated member of our sourcing team, the candidate will establish and maintain collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues from different areas within Procurement, business partners, R&D functions, and relevant group functions e.g., Legal.

Who you are:

• You have good communication skills (English - both written and verbal)
• You have some work experience related to sourcing, contracting or purchasing in a professional, complex and international company environment.
• You have proven analytical skills and a good understanding of process, application of digitization and tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, pharma, or other relevant field is required.
• Experience in R&D, clinical or indirect sourcing area is a plus
