Your Role:

The plant in Bari, as part of the execution of the Digital Roadmap, is implementing fundamental systems to create the plant of the future. This opportunity will give you the chance to join a young and dynamic team and support the implementation of one of the most important digital systems for the world of Biotech production. As a SAP Integration Expert for the organization of the plant and for the ongoing Industry 4.0 projects you will: be the contact person and point of contact for the technical management of all existing integrations between SAP and the satellite systems (MES, WCS, Track&Trace..) installed at the plant while maintaining continuous alignment with the global CoP/CoE; be responsible for possible future implementations by evaluating the business requirements, providing a possible implementation strategy; have to collaborate in a multifunctional team and proactively evaluate business requirements by proposing innovative initiatives that can bring solid benefits to the business; have to manage the technical execution of the projects that will derive from the approved integration initiatives; have to support the current existing integrations on a daily basis, acting as the first level of support in case there are malfunctions or technical problems.
 

Who you are: 
 

• Technical or equivalent training (Management Engineering, IT Engineering and/or similar..)
• Experience in implementing an ERP system (preferably S/4HANA) and integrating with satellite systems
• Knowledge of the main integration layers between SAP and satellite systems (ABAP, IDOC, Data Integration..)
• At least 2 years' experience in software implementation, preferably in the Biotech field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to constructively interact with all functions in a matrix organizational environment
• English fluent
