Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual for a Lab Head position in the Research Unit Oncology. The successful candidate will lead a research laboratory within the area of in vivo pharmacology oncology and be team member and/ or leader of multidisciplinary drug discovery and development teams within the area of oncology. As an in vivo pharmacologist you will be responsible for the management, design, implementation, execution and reporting of research experiments. As an oncology expert you take responsibility to successfully accomplish critical project related activities and you propose and initiate drug discovery programs.

 

Who you are:

  • PhD with 3 + years of job-related experience (at least 1 year of related experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company)
  • Excellent knowledge in Oncology research, in animal models of cancer and a pertinent publication record
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and independently.
  • Strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, written and oral
