Who you are: Join us to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. You will be responsible for creating data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. Projects will focus on our global Healthcare Commercial/Marketing and sales operations, ranging from sales forecasts to customer analysis and natural language processing including Generative AI. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead project teams and act as a product owner. These teams execute analytics projects and develop algorithms and applications to solve our business problems. This includes stakeholder management, presentation of results, coordination of work packages for the project team, and the implementation of algorithms. In particular, the Senior Data Scientist plans and leads the development of data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions by applying statistical, machine learning, and other modeling methods. Moreover, you help our internal customers to understand and implement the results. You will be able to leverage a modern advanced analytics ecosystem built on AWS, Snowflake, and Palantir Foundry cloud technology and become part of a team of highly skilled experts. You will collaborate closely with international business teams, the headquarter-based IT team, and data & analytics developer teams located in India and Europe.
Who you are :
- You have a Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field
- You have at least 3 - 6 years of professional experience outside academia and in Healthcare, ideally in Marketing & Sales
- You have a strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data science to improve business processes
- Strong skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modelling
- You have experience in working with data & analytics solutions such as AWS, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry
- You are proficient in Python, especially using PySpark, Pandas, and scikit-learn
- You are proficient in English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both with business teams and developers
- You have Project management experience
