Your Role : Join us to contribute to our company priority of driving innovation through data & digital. You will be responsible for creating solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. This will involve building a deep understanding of business processes and identifying opportunities to leverage data & analytics for improving customer engagement in the pharmaceutical industry. A focus area will be the use of generative AI solutions like ChatGPT. We have started working on several use cases already, and you will play a crucial role in driving our generative AI ambition forward. In addition, you will focus on predictive analytics and recommendation systems. In creating these solutions, you will be able to leverage an advanced analytics ecosystem build on modern AWS, Snowflake and Palantir Foundry cloud technology and become part of a team of highly skilled experts working on data ingestion, transformation and analysis.

You will collaborate closely with international business teams, the headquarter-based IT team and data & analytics developer teams located in Europe and India. You will be the single point of accountability for scoping, delivery and deployment of your data & analytics solutions.

Who you are : 

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a technical focus, or related subjects

• 6+ years of experience as a product owner, data & analytics expert or data scientist
• Experience in working with data & analytics solutions such as AWS, Snowflake or Palantir Foundry.Strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data to improve business processes.Experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to effectively communicate both with business teams and developers
• Experience working in virtual teams
