Your role: An exceptional opportunity has become available for a dynamic Production & MSAT Head. You will head the Production & MSAT team who is responsible for the consistent, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of biotechnology drug substance products and is responsible for monitoring and continuously improving production processes.

You will be responsible to drive operations and team performance to allow the fulfillment of the site, team, and individual objectives.

As part of the Site Leadership Team, you will be contributing to develop a compelling site vision and strategy and to enable its realization, identifying and managing risks and preparing operations for future challenges and opportunities.

You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, scientists, and technicians based in Tres Cantos-Madrid (Spain).

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or another Life Science related field.
• You have solid knowledge and an extensive experience in biotechnology drug substance manufacturing.
• You have a minimum experience of 5-6 years in leading complex and matrix organizations.
• You have a proven knowledge of strategy definition and realization, change management, continuous improvements processes.
• You are an inclusive, purposeful, and forward-looking leader able to drive and develop the team and to proactively contribute to site success.
• You are proficient in English.
