Internship – Warehouse CS

Your Role : We offer 6 months internship within Customer service department of Aubonne Site in Switzerland.

The Main tasks are :
Make sure:

1. Reliable and consistent delivery of transport requests;

2. Compliance with the specifications of all shipments managed by the owner of this job description for Aubonne;

3. Minimize transport costs from Aubonne;

4. Make/improve the processes in place in order to improve the service's efficiency and agility mostly on the importation field

5. Support problem solving in the department independently, in a timely and positive manner.

Your profile : 

• A relevant diploma in Life-science (Pharmacy, Engeneering degree, Master Science, Chemistry or other related topic)
• Knowledge in Biotechnological sciences is a plus
• Fluently spoken and written English and French (native mother tongue)
• Good editorial and communication skills
• Autonomous
