  1. Support Quality Team’s operations and site quality objectives.
  2. Assess and evaluate Domestic suppliers per local and global supplier quality procedure.
  3. Coordinate with Japan suppliers on applicable quality related customer complaints and develop applicable corrective actions.
  4. Perform/support supplier audit as per local and global supplier quality procedure/requirements.
  5. Maintenance of quality related documentation related to supplier management. 
  6. Provides quality assessment to new product introduction from Domestic suppliers.
  7. Support in quality documentation (Deviation, Change control, CAPA) that is applicable to supplier management as per local, global and ISO requirements.
  8. Support in Customer inquiry related to Domestic suppliers.
  9. Support in internal and external audits that is applicable to Domestic suppliers.
  10. Performs Inspection of product from Domestic supplier and provide input/feedback for "Dock to Stock" process.
  11. Coordinate with supplier on non-conformity observed and work on applicable improvement initiatives.



  • Position will be situated in Meguro, Tokyo
  • at least 1-3 years working experience in a quality/Distribution related industry
  • knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar will be beneficial
  • Ability to communicate in basic English would be helpful.

  2. ローカル・グローバルの手順に基づく国内供給者のQMS体制等のアセスメント、パフォーマンス評価、及びこれらの結果に応じた処置の実施
  3. 国内購買品への顧客苦情対応における国内供給者との折衝、及び再発防止策の実施。
  4. ローカル・グローバルの手順及び要求事項に基づく供給者監査の実施、又はサポート
  5. 供給者管理に関連する品質管理文書(SOP)類の維持管理。
  6. 国内供給者から新規に製品を購入する場合の初期調査及び製造・製品仕様の決定、受入検査等による製品品質の管理
  7. ローカル・グローバル・ISOの要求事項に基づき国内供給者管理に適用する品質関連文書・記録(逸脱・変更・是正予防処置)の管理
  8. 国内購買品・国内供給者に対する顧客からの問い合わせへの対応
  9. 国内供給者への監査の実施、及び海外サイト又は顧客による国内供給者への監査のサポート
  10. 国内購買品の受入検査及びDock to Stockプログラム運用の為のインプット・フィードバック情報の提供
  11. 国内購買品の不適合発生時の社内関連部門、供給者との折衝による再発防止



- 目黒本社での勤務となります。

- 品質管理・品質保証・物流関連業界での1~3年以上の実務経験(監査経験あり)。

- 社内外のステークホルダーとの良好なコミュニケーション能力。


- 一般的な英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。
