Responsibilities
- Support Quality Team’s operations and site quality objectives.
- Assess and evaluate Domestic suppliers per local and global supplier quality procedure.
- Coordinate with Japan suppliers on applicable quality related customer complaints and develop applicable corrective actions.
- Perform/support supplier audit as per local and global supplier quality procedure/requirements.
- Maintenance of quality related documentation related to supplier management.
- Provides quality assessment to new product introduction from Domestic suppliers.
- Support in quality documentation (Deviation, Change control, CAPA) that is applicable to supplier management as per local, global and ISO requirements.
- Support in Customer inquiry related to Domestic suppliers.
- Support in internal and external audits that is applicable to Domestic suppliers.
- Performs Inspection of product from Domestic supplier and provide input/feedback for "Dock to Stock" process.
- Coordinate with supplier on non-conformity observed and work on applicable improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Position will be situated in Meguro, Tokyo
- at least 1-3 years working experience in a quality/Distribution related industry
- knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar will be beneficial
- Ability to communicate in basic English would be helpful.

- ローカル・グローバルの手順に基づく国内供給者のQMS体制等のアセスメント、パフォーマンス評価、及びこれらの結果に応じた処置の実施
- 国内購買品への顧客苦情対応における国内供給者との折衝、及び再発防止策の実施。
- ローカル・グローバルの手順及び要求事項に基づく供給者監査の実施、又はサポート
- 供給者管理に関連する品質管理文書（SOP）類の維持管理。
- 国内供給者から新規に製品を購入する場合の初期調査及び製造・製品仕様の決定、受入検査等による製品品質の管理
- ローカル・グローバル・ISOの要求事項に基づき国内供給者管理に適用する品質関連文書・記録（逸脱・変更・是正予防処置）の管理
- 国内購買品・国内供給者に対する顧客からの問い合わせへの対応
- 国内供給者への監査の実施、及び海外サイト又は顧客による国内供給者への監査のサポート
- 国内購買品の受入検査及びDock to Stockプログラム運用の為のインプット・フィードバック情報の提供
- 国内購買品の不適合発生時の社内関連部門、供給者との折衝による再発防止
応募資格
- 目黒本社での勤務となります。
- 品質管理・品質保証・物流関連業界での1～3年以上の実務経験（監査経験あり）。
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの良好なコミュニケーション能力。
-ISO9000の経験、知識があると優遇。
- 一般的な英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可。
