Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our team as Key User for P2P Stream in the ERP Project RISE. This work section is limited to approx. summer 2025 with regular travels to ASIA a/o USA. Your duties include: identifying & analyzing business requirements for the Patterning BF; addressing any existing specific local needs during change request implementation, e.g., local legal requirements; participating & supporting workshops, testing, data validation and other CR activities; providing input for functional designs and executes UAT; acting as a local data object owner; connecting local business Wiesbaden with Process Excellence; being responsible for End User training; starting and managing the User Authorization Management process and finally, act as 1st Level support. You will represent the plant Wiesbaden as well as its purchasing processes. The project end goal is to ensure stable operational purchasing processes for on-time and in-full purchasing of materials to meet the dependent demands. Therefore, it is important for us that you are a team player with strong collaboration empathy to the global project - as well as the local purchasing specialist team.

Who You are:

• Successfully completed industrial apprenticeship
• Dedicated work experience as Purchase Specialist and P2P Key User with good Project Management knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge with IT tools, like SAP QUATTRO & – APO, Aera and MS Office.
• Good understanding of the SAP P2P processes.
• Good communication skills to interface with inter-divisional stakeholders in English & German, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting with excellent attention to detail and goal.
• High resilience and cultural open-minded
