Your role:

This role will mainly be responsible from performing daily transaction activities on local ERP system, Releasing the blocked sales orders based on available company license/customer license & documentation. Compliance review and classification of new products on local ERP, Sanction party screening, daily review of excise goods (ethanol and mineral oil),

Authority reportings (excise duty report, nuclear product sales, Drug precursors, precursors of chemical weapon etc.), API distribution and IVD/MD registrations to local authorities, regulatory surveillance of local trade compliance regulation, active communication with local authorities and representation of local entity to the local respective authorities, supporting internal audits and audits from authorities.

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong chemistry background
  • Several years (ideally 3-5) of regulatory experience
  • Significant computer experience including MS Office products and ERP Systems (SAP Global Trade Systems (SAP GTS) will be an asset)
  • Ability to multi-task, manage projects, prioritize work and handle ambiguity and complexity
  • Life Science, Chemicals industry knowledge preferred
  • Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization
  • Business-fluent English skills, Bulgarian, Greek language skills will be an asset
