Your role:

Handling the import and export operation for chemicals/gas tank/DGS, equipment import, including the drop ship

Coordinate forward and customs brokers to ensure transportation and CIQ/customs clearance timely to meet the internal and external customer requirement

Manage the lead-time and cost for customs and CIQ inspection shipment

Assist and support to the import and export permits and licenses application process

Tracking and updating the international and national policies/regulations related to company business

check the storage of raw material, semi-manufactures, finish goods to make sure all under the customs rules

registration of outward processing, receipt and delivery, Overdue tax of transferring to domestic sale about raw material, scrap material, defective goods, by-product

registration/verification of e-book

simulate verification and analyze the differences, push  the related department to improve it

Follow up Internal job rotation and backup plan

Assist the line manager to analysis the availability of import and export，and other duties assigned by liner manager

Who You are:

Bachelor degree major in Logistic or international trade or related, chemical background preferred.

 +3 years logistic experience in import & export / logistics area/e-book , chemical industry is preferred;

Have strong communication skills

Experienced in  import and export process;

Good English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT etc.);

Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
