Your Role: 

Working in our Operations Support department, based in Glasgow, you will be responsible for day to day supervision of a team providing a flexible resource for Operations departments. This includes line management of the Flex team and responsibility for the associated metrics. The Supervisor will collaborate with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to review forecast and utilise predictive modelling tools to plan for capacity and deployment of the Flex team. 

Who you are:

You have a BSc in a scientific or associated discipline

Proven relevant industry experience (ideally GLP/GMP) leading and/or supervising staff

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills

You are highly collaborative as well as independent

You have strong planning and organisational skills

You have the ability to prioritise work within a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills

You are self-motivated with strong initiative and drive
