Your role:

  1. Execute projects that support the packaging strategy for Mobius Single Use products
  2. Lead packaging material localization projects.
  3. Develop tools and materials required to implement predictive packaging
  4. Collaborate with other Packaging Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to identify and implement opportunities to resolve challenges associated with the packaging of custom products
  5. Develop and author Risk Assessments, User Requirement Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, Validation Protocols/Reports, Purchase Specifications, and Customer Summary Reports
  6. Transfer projects support, working close with marketing, planner, quality and production team to ensure packaging and labelling on time delivery
  7. Labeling and artwork design

Basic Qualifications:

Highly adaptable, a problem solver, innovator, and strong advocate for achieving strategic initiatives.
1.    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2.    Experience with ASTM and ISTA standards regarding sterile packaging and transit simulation/ship testing
3.    Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
4.    above 5 years’ working experience in packaging of automotive or healthcare or life science area

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering
2.    Excellent collaboration and communication skills
3.    Experience working on cross-functional teams
4.    Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities across different projects
5.    Experience with Packaging Validations/ Gamma sterilization validation
6.    Experience with FMEA’s or Risk Assessments
7.    Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
8.    GMP knowledge
