Key Accountabilities

 

Operational project management for various tasks related to Medical Information, Medical Publication and Medical Education (vendor management, planning, contracting, internal training & Data dissemination plan, ….)

 

Project manager support within MU Fertility for the Head Marketed Products, the Product leads (6 marketed products worldwide), the Regional Medical Directors Europe/APAC/MEAR/LATAM and the Chief Operating Officer in operational tasks related to process/project management.

Operational project management support for following tasks:

  • Annual planning processes, i.e. integrated Brand- & Launch plans, Fertility Strategy development (SD), Operational Planning (OP), Evidence generation planning incl. Gap analysis, etc.
  • Digital planning of Fertility study projects from study idea over research proposal to protocol approval and monitoring of study execution, in close collaboration with the countries.

Other tasks: project management/process support for:

  • Global -Key Thought Leader (KTL) and Clinic Chain engagement plan and follow-up: support the clinic chain project across multiple initiatives together with specific ownership on medical education
  • Internal Medical Training and Content provision, supervised by MU Product Leads , to Region/Country through «ready-to-use» scientific package/product and internal Medical Training
  • Onboarding and internalising scientific & soft skill capability building
  • Analyze and develop overviews of outcome reports of assigned projects
  • Support maintenance and updates of internal platforms, including processing of the content. Skillful with tools such as Datavision, Veeva Medical Suite, Viva PromoMats, Microsoft office, and business intelligence data and dashboards
  • Various tasks: Advisory boards management ; Contracts setting and follow up (Quantum connect); Invoice management (follow up with accounting); Calendar organization of the team (meetings setting); ESHRE (management of Head of MU Fertility meeting room calendar); Organization and management of GMA SharePoint by project; Support Product Leads for specific critical projects (GANT chart, timelines, tasks, etc)
  • RDCM (R&D Leadership) related MU Fertility KPIs

Specific support for global medical education program:

  • Quantum connect initiation for the medical education activities and for the speaker engagement contracts
  • Under supervisor guidance, to receive and initiate initial screening/process of IME/CME/sponsorships received during the year
  • Follow up with agencies on the progress of educational events
  • Consolidation of metrics of different activities
  • Coordinate with the scientific agency on the Veritas review (Medical/Legal/Regulatory)  initiation for our medical content
  • Help in making analysis for the surveys that we may conduct and newsletters for regular country update.
  • Development and timely execution medical education, publications, medical affairs projects
  • Budget management and financial tracking

Managing overall Medical Innovation Program grant efforts including:

  • Facilitating grant call-for-submission campaign, proposal review and selection, and monitoring ongoing projects,
  • Optimizing the grant administration process and engaging with grant applicants, grantees and agencies
  • Managing grant databases, documenting invoices and payments and ensuring compliance with grant regulations.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Impact

Project Manager -MU Fertility

  • is responsible for effective planning and implementation of various tasks related to Medical Information, Medical Publication and Medical Education in MU Fertility on a global level collaborating with cross functional teams internally and managing external vendors (global vendors) for optimal and timely execution of plans
  • becomes the key contact for external vendors for planning, contracting, internal training and data dissemination at the MU level
  • is a key support for the MU Fertility Medical Education/ Publication Lead in areas across Medical Information, Medical Publication and Medical Education
  • collaborates cross functionally supporting the annual planning process around brand and launch planning, Fertility strategy development, operational planning and offering information on gap analysis to support evidence generation planning
  • supports operationally end to end planning of Fertility study projects and collaborates closely with countries to monitor study execution
  • supports the Global -Key Thought Leader (KTL) and Clinic Chain engagement plan, with specific ownership on medical education offerings for Clinic Chains.

 

  • Drives project management support directly for global product leads, the Regional Medical Directors and the Chief Operating Officer in operational tasks related to process/project management.

Candidate’s Profile

 

Education / Work Experience

  • Preferably Medical Doctors (MBBS) with specialization in pharmacology / Masters’ degree in pharmacy, science or related fields
  • Over 3 years of experience in the medical affairs, medical education, medical communications, or end-to-end medical content lifecycle management
  • Preferred domain knowledge in medical content
  • Preferable Project management background, consulting experience or professional project management certification or qualification (e.g. PMI, IPMA) MBA, Lean or six sigma certification desirable
  • Work experience in a cross-cultural international work environment
  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills in English

Travel Requirements:

     Position requires office based and hybrid work with travel upto 10% of time.
