Your role:

As part of the Field Sales Specialist Team, you will be responsible for the technical sale and promotion of our extensive analytical chemistry product portfolio to: Contract Laboratories, Industrial, Food & Beverage and Environmental Testing customers across Northern Germany. Ideally you are located on territory and will be required to travel the entire North-Western and North-Eastern German regions. 

Your main contacts are end-user scientists working with HPLC, LCMS, GC, Spectrophotometry and other analytical techniques. You will interact directly with your customers promoting our Chromatography Columns, Sample Preparation Products, Reference Materials, and other consumables to solve their problems and support in the development of new analytical methods.

In collaboration with your internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving financial growth through both existing and new prospective customer accounts. You will develop a strong Territory Plan of Action, in line with the Business focus to achieve your yearly target. Face-to-face customer interactions and relationships are key to success in this role, as such you will be required to travel regularly.

Who you are:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a chemistry-oriented discipline
  • Technical understanding of analytical chemistry techniques, products and workflows 
  • Business knowledge of the analytical chemistry market
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills
  • Competent English & German language skills & valid Driver’s License
