Key Accountabilities

• 倉庫事務業務における役割で、以下を担当する
  • コマーシャルチームや関係者とのコミュニケーション窓口。
  • お客様のニーズと要求・期待を理解しチームに展開し、改善が必要であれば対応する
  • 倉庫オペレーションチーム、リーダーと共にチームの一員として協力して業務を行う。ビジネスプロセスセンターマネージャーと倉庫オペレーションリーダーの指示に従い、日常業務においてオンタイムデリバリーを達成するために積極的に作業を行う。
  • 日々の倉庫事務業務におけるメインオペレーター。（SAP WMS）
  • 日々の入出荷業務を円滑に完了させるため、システムやリソースを使用して必要な書類や情報の準備を行う。
  • 日常業務の中でイレギュラーな問題が発生した場合の解決を迅速に行う。
  • 日次、週次、月次の業務報告の実施を効果的かつタイムリーに伝達する

Education

• 学士号および/または同等の学位。過去の実績から、高校卒業資格または同等の資格でも可とする。

Minimum Qualifications                                                                                               

• 倉庫業務、事務部門でWMSを使用した経験が3年以上あること
• 物流センターでのオペレーション経験、化学品、危険物倉庫の経験は必須ではありません。（経験者尚可）
• 日本語と英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
  • 日本語：上級またはネイティブレベル
  • 英語：入社時の必須要件ではありませんが初級ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキルを有していれば尚可
• 下記のような新しい知識を学ぶことへの強い関心・興味を持てる方(現時点で特定の能力を持っている必要はありません)
  • リーン 6 シグマと、倉庫業務または割り振られた作業のプロセス改善の実施
  • Excel Macroに代表されるデジタル化の推進
  • 英語コミュニケーションの積極的な学習
  • 国際的な環境での仕事 (韓国、中国、その他の国籍との共同作業)
  • ビジネスにおける英語でのコミュニケーション
  • 国際貨物事業における通関手続き

Job specific Competencies & Skills

• 多文化な組織で働くことへ抵抗がない方。職場環境の変化に高い適応力と柔軟性のある方
• Microsoft Office （上級程度のExcel スキル）、Adobe Acrobat 、SAP/WMSを使用した業務経験
• 外国籍の方の労働許可証や必要なビザの取得の会社サポートあり
• 勤務地：市川DCは武蔵野線市川大野駅から1.5Km
  • 車通勤可能。市川大野駅～DC間のシャトルバス・路線バスあり
