Your role:

As a Commercial Assistant you will be managing the service contracts renewals and ensure their contribution to the sales of our Milli-Q products and Field Service organizations to execute with success the Milli-Q Priorities and Goals. You will proactively reach out to existing customers to discuss the renewal of their contracts and negotiate possible Upgrade or Upsell, with the support of field service engineers. You will create the renewal quotations and process the contract POs, agree on the follow-up action with the field service engineer team if contract will not be renewed. You will maintain and update service contracts in ServiceMax / Salesforce for all customers and locations. You will actively offer additional services to customers for other products within our water purification portfolio. You will also draw up and supervise public tenders related to Milli-Q business both for service contracts, consumables and hardware in close cooperation with field sales specialists. You will act as the main contact person with our clinical key partners (if assigned) and guarantee a high level of collaboration to support service and sales tasks linked to these important customers. You will be answering incoming requests via phone and e-mail from internal and external customers.

Who you are:

• Ideally experienced in a service or sales support role or in another customer facing function.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a commercial attitude.
• Proficient in Flemish and French and have at least intermediate English skills.
• Good computer literacy
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus
