The role, Head of Quality Commercial Subsidiaries APAC will be reporting the Head of Commercial Subsidiaries, Life Science. The role is to work with business function to establish, maintain and improve the ISO 9001 certificated and not certified but based Quality Management Syustem on ISO 9001 commercial subsidiaries.This role is to be based in Singapore.

 

Your role:

  • Ensure compliance of Quality Management System with regulations, external requirements and 9001 related requirements.
  • Regional management of applicable aspects of the Quality Management Systems to commercial subsidiaries.
  • Plans and executes the harmonization and standardization of high-level processes.
  • Local representative for Quality Management for related commercial activities.
  • Support and/or lead improvement actions related to customer satisfaction and harmonization of process and tools.
  • Regional support/responsibility as listed in “Heat Map” in LS-QSB SharePoint on key quality indicators regularly.
  • Develops/Supports/Executes a global Concept for Quality Management System of Subsidiaries and Commercial Functions.
  • Define/Built a suitable org structure to support the Quality Management System at the region.
  • Manages the quality delegates contacts (fulltime and side jobs) at the region.
  • Organize self-inspections within the subsidiaries (in collaboration with the Distribution audit Team).
  • Partner with relevant functions in different regions and local peers and provide appropriate training to quality local team.
  • Maintains the information related to heat map of subsidiaries with all relevant information updated.
  • Supports the implementation of Life Science procedures at the local/regional level with the quality delegates.
  • Support the on the LS regional and global relevant policies. Local procedure if need.
  • Manages the documentation and records of the Quality System.
  • Conduct and support audits such as self-inspection, divisional, authorities, suppliers, external certification body and customer audits, if applicable.
  • Manages CAPA’s (addressing, follow-up).
  • Ensures the quality-training and communication of Quality topics on site.
  • Ensures proper application of key quality processes: Risk, Change Control, Complaint, Deviation, Audit, Supplier Management as defined on KQI and LS relevant policies.
  • Ensures ISO processes performance review and Quality Management Review.
  • Develops and implements actions resulting from audits, customer satisfaction surveys and projects.
  • Manages and distributes relevant KQI as required.
  •  Provides support on request (e.g. for TW training, quality support on projects).

  • Provides leadership and expert guidance to direct or indirect reports in regular meetings.
  • Act based on data driven decision and act as result oriented
  • Support as needed the commercial process to offer a better customer service support.

 

Who you are:

  • Training (internal or external) in Quality Management.
  • Experience (> 2 year) in Quality Management related tasks.
  • Extensive auditing experience according to LS Audit Policy (040091MP).
  • IS0 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Qualified internal or leader auditor.
  • Team Building, Development & Motivational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Quality tools such as Trackwise, Veeva, MANGO, My Learning, SFDC, SAP
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of a 2nd language will be preferred.
