Your role:

You will be part of the broader SLS EMEA Sales, Marketing and Customer Excellence organization. Being part of the Commercial Strategy & Execution team, the responsibilities will mainly be in CRM but might span across other tools. Support daily and operational tasks as well as help with cleaning initiatives around our CRM Tool Salesforce.com. You will be part of a team that supports global and regional CRM Projects / initiatives. Your main tasks will be in helping the SLS EMEA CRM & Tools team to clean-up the customized system and analyze with due diligence specific processes and configurations in Salesforce.com. Additionally, you will be supporting the documentation of our processes and helping to set up a knowledge library for the team and externally for ous users.

Who you are:

• Student for at least another two years around Business administration and/or marketing-related degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team-oriented skills: work consistently and effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team
• Very strong English skills (and ideally German) in writing and talking
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint are a must
