Your Role:

• Sales and marketing

  • To achieve/exceed allocated sales target set by the company consistently
  • Organize promotional activities in respective area and participate in scientific/marketing activities wherever applicable.
  • Understand disease and patient flow and how the products can adresss clinical needs
  • Increase product awareness and drive differentiation company and product differentiation
  • Participate in the business development plans with sales manager and marketing team to create effective business planning for business expansion

• Stakeholder Architect

  • Build good relationship with all Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).

• Pharmacovigilance responsibility

  • To recognize a reportable Adverse event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the information is forwarded to Local Drug Safety Officer within 24 hours

• Promote & sell assigned products to healthcare professionals / customers.
• Achieve provided sales target (OP) and growth in assigned territory.
• Practice “Good Customers Service” at all times.
• Maintain existing customers and increase new customer base according to SFE customer classification
• Plan working monthly itinerary and weekly sales calls in the Veeva system. Regular visits to customers in accordance to Call Adherence.
• Provide information & updates on assigned therapeutic area & products to healthcare professionals / customers
• Constantly enhance product knowledge and strengthen on current selling skills to improve accurate and necessary information to customers at all times in a competent manner.
• Ensure appropriate & timely planning, execution & implementation of sales & marketing initiatives
• Manage expense budgets given to the assigned area.
• Key account management
• Maintain close communication between sales and marketing departments
• Be aware of market and customers intelligence
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


Who You Are:


• Sales related experiences in any industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree, preferably in science
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
