Your role:
Le groupe Quality Systems & Compliance appartient à la Quality Unit du site de production de Corsiersur-
Vevey. Ce groupe a la charge de la gestion des systèmes qualité, de la gestion de nos partenaires, et
de la conformité règlementaire de nos activités.
Afin de supporter l’équipe, nous cherchons un stagiaire qui souhaiterait enrichir ses connaissances en
GMP notamment dans les processus de formation et documentation :
- Traitement des documents dans CARA (système informatisé pour la documentation)
- Impression et distribution des copies contrôlées pour les différents départements,
- Archivage des documents GMP et gestion des emprunts d’archives,
- Mise à jour des curricula de formation dans HR4YOULearning (système de formation)
- Support aux utilisateurs
- Formation des utilisateurs
- Maintien des KPIs
- Participation à des projets d’amélioration continue sur la formation et la documentation
