Your role:


As member of the Quality System & Compliance group, you will:


- Act as process owner for the Deviation, CAPA and investigation quality processes, and be responsible to:

              - ensure monitoring of those systems at site level

              - ensure compliance and efficiency of those systems and related documents

              - issue related periodic reports.

              - train and support site users

              - act as subject matter expert during Health Authorities Inspections and audit.

- Be Site Lead User for Trackwise system and related workflow.

- Act as data quality analyst and:

              - support quality processes by performing analysis and measurement of records, identify trends, evaluate root causes, mitigate immediate issues, and propose remediation tasks.

- support Quality and Performance metrics

- ensure best practices in data collection, data analysis and trends

As member of the Quality System and Compliance group, you will also contribute to ensure state of compliance of other quality systems.



- Automatization of routine tasks (with tools like Power Apps, Power Automate) and processus

- Continuous improvement of area under your responsibilities

- Contribute to site digitalization roadmap and future eQMS

- Ticketing system


Your profile:


  • University degree (min Bachelor) in scientific education.
  • 5 + years in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Quality Systems management.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in Health Authorities Inspections.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Digital mindset and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Promote continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills. High level belt.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data analysis and statistical methods.
