Your role:

As Global Process Owner for Communication Services you are the global process expert for all current (and future) services that will be delivery via the newly established Communication Value Stream.  This includes the global MBS process ownership for all Communication services provided by MBS.

You will partner closely with the Value Stream Head to define the strategic approach for the processes/products. You manage all Communication Service processes in the value stream including the definition, alignment, and implementation of global processes. Currently the Value Stream is focusing on SharePoint development and graphic design.
As process owner you also define and monitor relevant process KPIs for the Value Stream. You drive continuous improvement (e.g. based on customer feedback, benchmark data,…) including the change management and enablement of the Value Stream organization as well as innovation in the Value Stream by observing market trends and benchmark data. Your role includes the project portfolio management for all value stream related topics and the management of the scope of the Value Stream, in particular you manage the implementation of any new scope and drive together with the Value Stream Lead the scope expansion to integrate further Communication Services or the roll out to other functions. This includes the communication with all relevant stakeholders, scope definition as well as the funding discussions for the additional services.


Who you are:

  • University, Bachelor, or master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in Communication department areas or agency’s operations related fields in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Experience working with operational Communication Product (SharePoint solutions, Graphic Designs, etc.) delivery teams
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in international teams demonstrating success in position(s) involving interactions with other departments and externals
  • Demonstrated success in projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements
  • Experience working with internal corporate company stakeholders at country, regional and global levels
  • Experience in managing a virtual team and leading across the matrix
  • Strong Process Excellence Skills (Process improvement, Process mining, Six Sigma)
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Leading with without direct authority
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Strong Change Management Skills & Influencing Skills
  • Basic understanding of IT
