Your Role:

In this role you will apply your strong understanding of scientific and technical expertise to support the US Project Management Office (PMO). You will serve as an experienced advisor for the project or program managers (PM) in areas of biological safety, product characterization, and viral clearance testing operations and cell bank manufacturing operations. This role will also contribute by providing insights on our technical capabilities to clients, either through direct client interactions, establish PM understandings, and/or partnerships with other departments (e.g., Operations, Quality, and Technical & Science Solutions).

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Act as the PMO liaison during technical-centered operational constraints and changes. This includes creating client communications content, remaining current with challenges that impact testing and/or reporting progression, and ensuring internal alignment and understanding between PM and other collaborating departments.
  • Help create and/or deliver technical training material.

 

Location: Remote; can sit anywhere in the US.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. with 2+ years, Master’s degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience in external customer facing function.  Service oriented.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in biological sciences or a relevant scientific field of study.
  • Strong communicator with ability to engage a team of diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective in dealing directly with clients, operational teams, and commercial colleagues, globally.
  • Action oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
