Your Role:
Defining the specifications of the ERP systems and related applications with respect to global business processes mainly in the Production Planning and Quality Management area. This also includes the processes for production master data and orders. You will develop concepts independently for system-dependent processes, optimize these with respect to best practices and SAP standards. You will be also supporting the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and weighing systems, which needs to be connected via interfaces to the ERP-systems. Together with the business you define the requirements.
Your Quality Management knowledge enables you to work on change requests in ERP-systems and in addition to process QM-relevant incidents. Main focus is here on the batch management process and the batch distribution between the systems.
Supporting specific Container Management processes especially Returnable Transport Items (RTIs), which are managed as an equipment (PM master data) with unique serial and equipment number. Processes within the Container Cleaning Department and usage of container in production will be part of this support and requires German language skills.

Also, you will be responsible for the proper documentation of the systems specifications - including the user requirements, authorization specifications and test forms. It will be your responsibility to define test cases and test scripts in order to ensure the proper operation of global SAP templates in the PP, QM and for the local German RTI area.
It is you who will facilitate and coordinate the communication of all relevant participants in this context. In addition, you will support rollout projects across all geographies, which could be your main activity depending on phases of the ERP program.
You will also serve as the specialist contact for consultants and programmers. You will analyze and comment on change requests from subsidiaries and evaluate these from a systems-technical as well as process-orientated standpoint to facilitate the decision-making process by the Business Process Owner.

Who you are:
