PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a customer relation intern, you are responsible for the execution of the SLS customer relations process according to internal policies and practices. In this position, you manage and process customers’ orders and quotes and provide information about products, services, and order status. Proceed with improvement initiatives, challenge processes, and seek new opportunities to increase customer relations efficiently.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal directly with customer inquiries received via all media (e.g. fax, web, email)
Proactively look for solutions to customer issues
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries. Follow up on customer interactions
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Proposes ideas for processes & organizational improvements
May consult the manager for making decisions on needs
Demonstrate our values in your daily routine
Awareness of business environment/competitors
WHO YOU ARE
You are currently studying
Bachelor level thinking
Interested in being trained in SalesForce, SAP, and other tools
Fluent English level
Able to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Strong in communication
Be highly motivated
Team player and result oriented
Applicant needs to have EU citizenship / “Verblijfsvergunning’’ (=residents permit) or valid student visa
Preferably available for a minimum period of 6 months
