Job Details

We are currently hiring a working student to support our data management team. This position will be based in our Weiterstadt office with the possibility to work partially from home.

Together with our Data Manager you will take care of data management related topics, such as data governance, analytics and processes. You may bring your strengths into play, be it preparing visualizations and neat dashboarding, performing ad-hoc analytics or contributing to data science projects. You will be using state-of-the art data preparation, analysis, stewardship and reporting tools (Palantir Foundry) to support our business.

As part of the Data Management & Customer Engagement Ecosystems team, you will work in Business Operations, the local pharmaceutical sales organisation of our company. In addition to interfaces with our local business stakeholders, you will also work closely with our global data experts and be able to network there.

Who you are/Skills/ Experience

  • Student, preferably (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics or similar data-oriented courses of study
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • a script or programming language (e.g. SQL, Python or Java)
    • CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or SAP CRM)
    • Office 365 (e.g. Power App, Automate, Sharepoint)
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to present and communicate results
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
