As a Controlling Senior Analyst for the Healthcare business in LATAM, you will have an active role providing transparent performance reporting and delivering timely and value-adding financial analysis to facilitate decision making. You will support in coordinating the forecasting processes and take the lead in providing high quality business / forecast review presentations and facilitating cross-country business performance analysis. You will closely collaborate with country controlling teams to understand business drivers, such as markets, competitors and pricing.  In your role, you will closely work with the country organizations as well as the global teams in Business and Finance (Regional- and Franchise Management, Business Intelligence, Market Access & Pricing, Supply Network Operations, Commercial Controlling, MBS). In addition, you will work closely with MBS CO to ensure delivery of timely and accurate reports

Your will report to the Head of LATAM Controlling for the Healthcare business.

The position is located in LATAM region.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance/commercial environment
  • Collaborative, assertive, and confident to communicate to all levels in the organization.
  • Team player, able to identify potential issues, solution focused and able to collaborate propose solutions
  • Strong analytical ability and influencing capabilities with a bold, strategic and forward-looking business mentality
  • Experience in finance tools (TM1, Tableau, SAP IBP)
  • Team-oriented, able to coordinate and organize
  • Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
