Your role:

 

For Life Science Business Unit we are constantly looking for a best in class Customer Service. You will support our customer master data activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support customer master data specialists during their daily activities. 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Economic degree
  • Good Computer skills, (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel and excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in team
  • Excellent time management
