•    Organic chemist is responsible for the safe production of the products by multistep organic synthesis. 
•    The products are manufactured on time efficiently, in the desired quality, quantity and cost according to production plan.
•    Production process is executed according to written protocols/SOPs with emphasis on quality and safety requirements.
•    The organic chemist contributes to process improvement of production processes in light of Green Chemistry and improvement of product specifications to meet current market trends.
•    Present department needs to department manager diligently and persistently.
•    Work according to ISO 9,001-2000 regulations and complies with quality, environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements.
•    Work according to 6S principles in the Organic Chemistry Department 
•    Participation in annual trainings in the department.
•    Adherence to corporate code of conduct.
