For Life Science Business Unit we are constantly looking for a best in class Customer Service. You will support our specialized team activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support in following-up internal and external customer's requests by providing them necessary information and service.
Who you are:
Economic or scientific degree
Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
Fluent in English
Customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills;
Ability to work in team
Excellent time management
