Your Role:

You will shape Business & People Strategies for BioProcessing in Process Solutions as well as the Chief Technology Office. This includes translating the business strategy into business-specific initiatives that support growth, performance or business transformation (e.g. org design, culture transformation, divestment, M&A, change initiatives):

  • Exclusive focus on strategic HR activities, i.e. consult customers’ needs, design products & processes, shape and assess organizational solutions with high strategic relevance
  • Act as strategic people consultant to partner with Business Leaders and translate the business strategy and priorities into HR requirements and action plans
  • Use multiple data sources and people analytics to create critical people insights to identify and pro-actively monitor business performance and opportunities/risks
  • Plan critical capabilities by anticipating gaps and future people requirements including sourcing, performance and rewards strategies
  • Support change management adoption and cultural transformation initiatives to enable business strategy execution
  • Build trust and provide insights that influence and inspire senior management’s behavior, mindset and people decisions with an impact on sustainable business growth
  • Partner and challenge the business to anticipate requirements, and communicate People decision trade-offs that drive critical business priorities
  • Coach and advise the Leadership teams on human resource activities and ensure the feedback loop with the rest of the Global HR organization


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree preferably in business, science or HR related fields, e.g., Organizational Development or equivalent discipline
  • 6+ yrs. experience in the space of HR e.g. Business or Solution Partnering, with experience in Consulting

  • Excellent communicator, engaging and influencing senior business leaders
  • Strong collaborator and interculturally aware, with ability to work in a highly matrixed and global environment
  • Profound experience in leading large, global, strategically important projects
  • Analytical and data-driven, with ability to integrate complex data into insights to create future-focused, high-impact people strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and bring innovation to the organization
  • Highly flexible, agile and effective at leading and delivering on business imperatives in a high-change, high-growth environment
