Your Role:

The Associate Value Manager will support in the development and execution of the Value Management Centre’s strategy to build a value culture across the global Process Solutions business. This will include partnering with diverse business stakeholders from R&D, product management and marketing in the development of scalable, configurable tools and quantified value propositions for our expansive portfolio of products, services and integrated solutions. The associate value manager will also collaborate with our commercial partners and customer stakeholders to utilise these tools to create tailored business cases, drive product adoption and maintain profitability.

The Associate Value Manager will also provide direct Value Management Center support to a portfolio of our companies Process Solutions strategic customers, partnering with them to quantify the value & impact of implementing our new technologies and solutions into their development & manufacturing facilities and facilitating value improvement and productivity programs.

Travel expectations are: 10-20%

Location: Flexible, Prefer close to major Hub (Darmstadt, Molsheim)


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Business or adequate experience in scientific manufacturing processes and/or life sciences sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or biotechnology industry.
  • Basic statistical analysis, and fundamental accounting/finance experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  • Experience with financial analysis/modelling.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma principals.
  • Strong communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
