The Continuous Improvement Black Belt will be apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to manage the Productivity of 4 sites in Korea to discover improvement projects, implement them, and prepare for financial verification.



Your role:  


  • Improve the productivity of each site by supporting the site leadership teams.
  • Be involved in productivity project, which focuses on implementing and improving Lean by leveraging new technology and digital to achieve functional and system improvement, organizational development, cost reduction, work process optimization, productivity and quality improvement, and employee and customer experience.
  • Apply various Lean Six Sigma tools to identify waste and form improvement teams/activities.
  • Support and lead education program development and training together with several OE managers or Black Belts in Korea.
  • Facilitate the use of data for decision-making and application of Lean/Six Sigma methodology to implement change throughout the organization.
  • Leverage your communication skills to collaborate with each sites and cross-functional teams.
  • Discover ideas through continuous field observation and communication.
  • Spread a culture of improvement to many members through education.


Who you are: 


  • BS in Engineering required (higher level degree a plus)
  • Certified Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Over 5 years of Six Sigma related experience
  • Experience with Project in Gas/chemical process environment is a plus
  • Good leadership, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) in English a must
  • Trainer experience for lean six sigma processes and continuous improvement tools
