Your role:


As a Global Key User m/f, you play a key role in the successful deployment of the global standardized SAP ERP template (NEXT ERP) in the local sites. You act as a link between local business and global activities. You are the key contact for local key users and you guide them through the entire deployment journey from kick-off throughout Hypercare.


As an expert of the global business processes , you onboard the local team and guide them through process scoping, business impact/gap identification, local gap business requirements, business acceptance and validated testing as well as end-user training and cutover/Hypercare. This role requires strong leadership and high communication capabilities. Project Management experiences as well problem-solving skills will be necessary to be successful in this important role.


This position can be based in Guyancourt (Paris area, France) or Molsheim (close to Strasbourg, France).

Business trips (mainly Western Europe) required up to 30 % of your time.


Who you are:

  • Master's degree in sciences, economics or engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of business experience in field service management
  • Proven track record of managing national and international projects covering a broad range of different (cross-) functional areas
  • High level knowledge of the end-to-end Field Service Management processes including transactions and tools used for processing services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving strength and process thinking
  • Empowering team player with a proactive, self-motivated work approach with a passion for business processes
  • Fluent in English, additional foreign language is beneficial
