Your Role: An exciting position has arisen to join the Process Solutions Demand Planning Team in a unique customer facing role. The Demand Planner - Customer Collaboration position is responsible for effectively managing the demand of Strategic Partner Accounts in close cooperation with Commercial and Business cross-functional teams to optimize sales, service levels and cost of inventory. You will champion and design the strategy, process, and tools necessary to build an effective customer collaboration model. In this role, you will work closely with the Demand Planning Team to analyze customer trends and order data, meet with customer and commercial representatives, and ensure a clear picture of demand is captured. In addition, you will leverage analytical skills to provide insightful analysis and identify opportunities and risks.
Who You Are:
This position requires an independent, highly motivated and creative candidate to lead and expand the Demand Planning process with Strategic Partner Accounts. Position requires a balance of analytical depth with customer-facing communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in a quantitative, IT, supply chain, or related business discipline required, Masters or PhD preferred
- 5+ years in a supply chain, analyst and/or data science role
- Expected to travel in US and as necessary to meet global teams (up to ~25%)
- Languages: fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership ability, independent and entrepreneurial, to build and grow the partnership program
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business, business partners and clients
- Strong Analytical skills, ability to structure and perform complex data analysis, beyond Excel in scope.
- Experience with advanced analytic techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, regression analysis) and an understanding of data structures prefered
- Supply Chain & Logistics process knowledge; Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (IBP, APO). Proficiency using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) preferred
