Your role:

 

In this role, you will provide insights and advice to your stakeholders and implement commercial excellence processes to customer satisfaction. You are looking for opportunities to develop business-relevant processes and analysis tools according to stakeholder needs. You will develop, implement and manage business relevant processes, e.g. segmentation & targeting, incentive plans, field force excellence, forecasting. By driving these topics, you contribute to the success of the company.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, natural science or related
  • Profound understanding of the German Oncology or Neurology market and its in-market data sources
  • Decent knowledge of commercial excellence processes, e.g. targeting & segmentation, call planning, incentive scheme design, market-based forecasting
  • 2+ years of experience in business analytics (ideally within healthcare industry): Adept at using large data sets and strong attention to detail when identifying and generating data-based insights
  • BI & market research knowledge is a plus
  • Strong Business Partner attitude and experience in working with various local, regional and global stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken English as well as German
