Your role: An exceptional opportunity has become available for a dynamic Transaction Manager Real Estate for preparing real estate portfolio analyses as well as real estate site concepts and Utilization concepts. You will develop country strategies for Real Estate derived from business strategies. You will the responsible for the rental and transaction management of a region. You will lead and carries out independently approx. 20 international real estate projects per year, with projects, spending up to high two-digit million amounts. You will ensure the business’s space demand and optimize real estate costs, setting operational priorities and planning projects. You will develop and align project strategies (e.g. "stay vs. move", "buy vs. lease ", "space optimization") with local and regional management/controlling. You will solve sophisticated problems based on analytical thought and complex judgement which requires advanced knowledge and experience in real estate. Being accountable for the quality of ongoing activities/processes. Compiles decision papers for executive and investment committees. You will Business Partnering with the Head of Region for Commercial Operations, leads all aspects of external service providers. You will ensure and coordinate interaction with other process partners such as Controlling, EHS, IT or Branding. You will ensure the development and continuous optimization of processes and procedures within the assigned field of duties, as well as ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the area of responsibility.



Who you are:


  • You have a University Degree in Law, Economics, Architect, or similar subject
  • You have at least 3-8years of portfolio management, asset management or transactions experience, different asset classes and Southern Europe markets experience would be a plus
  • You have worked closely alongside and handled external service providers, extensive knowledge of contract negotiations 
  • You have knowledge of GMP standards or at having at least worked in a highly regulated environment
  • You have excellent communication and partner leadership skills, providing input and contributing to budget-related discussions
  • You have a phenomenal eye for detail and actively promote high standards and ‘best-in-class’ service
  • You are proficient in English
