Your Role:

 

As a member of the EMD Digital business development team- you will have the opportunity to work in a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment to help bring our product strategy and vision to life. You are responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer value generation roadmap through digital transformation, advanced data analytics and data sharing and collaboration ecosystem. As the commercial lead and P&L owner of the supplier program, you will be working with customer implementation teams to deliver the end-to-end value generation through data onboarding, data deep dive and data linkage between suppliers and device makers.   Your team will serve as the intelligence hub for all of EMD Digital, building highly scalable, robust analytics solutions that power everything we do and every decision we make.

 

You will be reporting into the Vice President of Business Development of Athinia within EMD Digital. As a member of the EMD Digital business development leadership team, you will define and implement efficient processes and methodologies to facilitate the business exponential growth. Given the rapid growth of the business, it will be critical for your role to attract, develop, and efficiently lead a team of the highest caliber talents.

 

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in material science or chemistry/chemical engineering or allied fields.
  • 10+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry with direct understanding in semiconductor materials and their applications at device manufacturing processes

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Have a passion to win and a deep curiosity for learning and problem solving
  • Strong teamwork spirit, interpersonal and communication skills, especially across multi-cultures.
  • Effective speaking and written communication skills and proven track record for project management is desirable
  • Hands-on experience in technical marketing, commercial negotiations, business planning, strategy development and execution is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task across a wide variety of issues, work internationally as well as in global virtual teams
  • Domestic and international travel up to 40%
