Job Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Job Description:
- Establish LIMS and LABIT systems in Healthcare and Life Science domain, Work as expert for laboratory IT application i.e. Labvantage LIMS and other LABIT applications
- Actively contribute to meet and exceed global KPI targets and continuous improvement
- Actively plan project activities and deliverables
- Accomplish project milestones in collaboration with Business Users
- Contribute to establish the laboratory IT CoE as an asset for our customers
- Define and fulfill global service contracts
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experiences in customer service and project leadership for GMP/GxP systems or platforms within Global Pharma, Healthcare & LifeSciences companies
- Experience in LIMS, Java ,JavaScript , Spring / Spring Boot, JSP, SQL , JPA, Web Services (REST & SOAP)
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing
- Experiences working with the respective LIMS applications (preferably Labvantage LIMS)
- Understanding of overall Service Desk and Service delivery processes and objectives (ITIL)
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills in international environment
- Customer oriented attitude and willingness for continuous learning
Key competencies:
- IT project implementation end-to-end in GMP/GxP sector
- Understanding of laboratory processes
- Hands-on ITIL knowledge
- Self-motivated and good communicator
- Good technical IT knowledge
